Arnautovic — booked just 11 minutes in — put Austria ahead in the 28th, and Algeria came roaring back through Belghali right on halftime. Sabitzer restored Austria's lead at 55 with a right-footed strike from outside the box into the top-right corner, Laimer the assist. Mahrez leveled again at 60. The game seemed headed for a draw — until Mahrez lit it up in stoppage time, threading home an Aouar through ball in the 90th plus three for what looked like Algeria's winner.
