Bosnia went ahead early and made Canada work for every inch of it. Lukic got his head to Basic's cross at the near post in the 21st and directed it into the bottom corner. Canada had the ball for most of the night — 61% possession, nine corners — but Bosnia sat deep, fouled often (20 to Canada's 10), and Vasilj was sharp when tested. Then Larin came off the bench in the 76th and needed exactly two minutes. He latched onto a cross in the box and slid it home at the near post to level it at 1-1. Canada pushed for a winner in the final minutes but couldn't find the gap, and Bosnia held on for a point that felt like hard-earned business.
